Terms and Conditions for “Black Friday Giveaway" hosted by  Henzoll Pty Ltd TDA Stokke Australia

  1. Entrants must have a valid residential address in Australia. 
  2. To enter this competition, entrants must: 
    - Entrants must place an order between the 26th October 2023 and 27th November 2023 11:59pm AEDT. 
    - Entrants must purchase one the following Black Friday bundles for a chance to win a BABYZEN™ YOYO² Pram – ‘Tripp Trapp Chair for Life Bundle’ or ‘Tripp Trapp Highchair bundle’
    OR entrants must purchase one of the following Black Friday bundles for a chance to win a Tripp Trapp Chair - ‘    BABYZEN™ YOYO² 6+ Bundle’, ‘BABYZEN™ YOYO² 0+ Newborn Pack Bundle’ or ‘BABYZEN™ YOYO² 0+ Bassinet Bundle’. 
  3. Each eligible order constitutes one entry into the draw. 
  4. A total of 6 winners will be selected at random on Tuesday 28th November 2023 and contacted via email or phone. 
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this competition. 
  6. The prizes are: 3 x Tripp Trapp Chairs in Beech Wood only (RRP $429 on www.stokkeshop.com.au) & 3 x BABYZEN™ YOYO² prams, including the Frame and 6+ Color Pack (RRP $849.95 on www.stokkeshop.com.au) 
  7. The prizes will be invalid and new winners will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Stokke Australia.
  8. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.  
  9. If free products were won as part of the Black Friday Giveaway, an order cancellation, refund or exchange leads to the initial order not meeting the promotion requirement, therefore the refund will not be processed unless and until the free (unused) products are also returned. 
  10. Per Instagram rules, this competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
