Stokke Australia Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions supersede and replace any and all previous Terms and Conditions specifically governing the Program.

1.2 By Registering as a Member or by claiming any Member Benefits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any variations to them; agree to participate in the Program; and agree to receive information and promotions via e-mail, and SMS/MMS (where such information has been provided by you).

1.3 These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time for any reason without prior notification by Stokke Australia in its absolute discretion.

1.4 Stokke Australia will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

1.5 Stokke Australia will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Stokke Australia Loyalty Program.

1.6 Stokke Australia may collect personal information from the Members for the purpose of facilitating the Stokke Star Rewards Program.  Please see Stokke Australia’s Privacy Policy for more information.

1.7 Stokke Australia, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Stokke Australia Loyalty Program at any time.

1.8 Stokke Australia’s discretion in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Stokke Star Rewards Program is final and binding.

1.9 Members indemnify Stokke Australia for and against any loss or claim suffered or incurred by Stokke Australia arising from or in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions by a Member.

  1. Definitions

2.1 “Stokke Australia” means employees, agents, contractors, officers and related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001).

2.2 “Member” means a person who has Registered their membership and is deemed to have joined the Stokke Star Rewards Program.

2.3 “Member Benefits” means benefits Stokke Australia specifies from time to time in connection with the Stokke Star Rewards Program including, but not limited to, Star Rewards and other benefits Stokke Australia may make available to Members from time to time.

2.4 “Stars” means a sub-unit of Online Dollars, whereby 100 (one hundred) Stars equal 1 (one) Online Dollar.

2.5 “Online Shop” means

2.6 “Member Profile” means the personal details of the Member.

2.7 “Website” refers to the website

2.8 “Technical issues” means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or intranet site.

2.9 “Terms and Conditions” means the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the Website from time to time.

2.10 “Stokke Star Rewards” means the loyalty program operated by Stokke Australia providing Members with access to exclusive benefits.

  1. Membership

3.1 An individual is deemed to be a Member of the Stokke Star Rewards when they sign up on the Website.

3.2 Membership of the Stokke Star Rewards is only open to individuals with a valid email address.

3.3 At any time, Member can only have one membership to the Stokke Star Rewards.

3.4 Stokke Australia may, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, accept or refuse an application for a Membership.

3.4. Stokke Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership of the Stokke Star Rewards without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion.

3.5 Member Benefits and/or rights of the Membership are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

3.6 It is the responsibility of the Member to update their Member Profile.  If the Member does not keep their personal details up to date, Stokke Australia may not be able to offer, or provide them, with Member Benefits.

3.7 A Member can at any time terminate their Membership by notifying Stokke Australia.

  1. Earning Member Benefits

4.1 Member will earn 1 (one) Star for every whole dollar they spend at

4.2 Stokke Australia may at their sole discretion and at any time change, add to, or make deletions to the list of participating Stokke Australia stores.

4.3 100 (one hundred) Star is equal to 1 (one) Online Dollar.

4.4 Online Dollars redeemed as a discount on a transaction do not earn Stars.

  1. Redeeming Member Benefits

5.1 Only customers with activated membership of the Stokke Star Rewards can redeem Stars for Online Dollars.

5.2 Online Dollars can be redeemed in multiples of $1 for Online Shop purchases only.

5.3 Unless otherwise stated, 100 (one hundred) Stars equal 1 (one) Online Dollar which equals AUD $1 discount off Stokke Australia products.

5.4 Stokke Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Member Benefits.

5.5 Member Benefits cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments including but not limited to, gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.

5.6 If a Membership is terminated from the Stokke Star Rewards, all outstanding and future Member Benefits will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.

5.7 Stokke Star Rewards Stars do not expire.

  1. Other Member Benefits & Promotions

6.1 Other Member Benefits are determined by Stokke Australia from time to time and may include discounts for products purchased at participating Stokke Australia stores.

6.2 Stokke Australia may, in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons for its decision, at any time substitute advertised discounts for any other item of a comparable value or amend or withdraw any promotions.

6.3 Stokke Australia shall not be liable in any way if benefits or promotions are unavailable as a result of a technical malfunction, operator fault, and errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure.

6.4 All discounts for Member for purchases at Stokke Australia stores are subject to availability.

  1. Returns & Exchange

7.1 If a customer wishes to return a purchase that has previously earned Member Benefits, Stokke Australia will process the return and forfeit any Member Benefits earned on the initial transaction purchase.

7.2 If a customer has redeemed Stars for Online Dollars used on a purchase that has been returned then the redeemed Stars will be forfeited and the amount refunded will be monies paid excluding postage and handling fees if applicable. .

7.3 If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned Stars, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value.  If the exchange is for a lesser value, Stokke Australia will process a full return first and any Stars earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited.  If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants Stars on the transaction then the customer will earn Stars on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7.4 Stokke Australia may reverse (debit) or cause to be reversed, any Member Benefits which have been allocated (credited) to Member where Member have returned the goods or have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those Member Benefits were earned, or if there are other grounds which Stokke Australia consider reasonably justify a reversal, including but not limited to, Member Benefits credited erroneously or fraudulently or earned through fraudulent means.  Stokke Australia reserves the right to determine whether the Member Benefits are valid and can be redeemed.
