Easy to store but a compromise on ease of use

I feel conflicted about the bath. On one hand, it's great because we can store it away – we didn't want to be left with a large plastic bath tub when our baby outgrew it, having to discard then buy another with the next child. But the compromise is that it's not particularly comfortable for baby or parent. We didn't use it for the first month or so because it didn't feel secure or gentle enough. We use the Stokke bath seat with it and baby slips down a bit (she's 5.5 months old now) so we hold her in place. Removing the plug is easy. The temperature colour change is somewhat handy but we also use a thermometer for accuracy.

Great bath tub for baby and very compact

Love this bath tub - easy to use and folds up nicely so it fits in the cupboard. Like that it also has a seat insert that our baby can sit in. Provides a little extra security which is great.

I bought the bath for my son and daughter in law, their baby is due any day now. But due to being in lockdown, I haven’t seen the bath but believe the parents are delighted with it.

Stokke® Flexi Bath® is a foldable baby bath suitable from birth to four years.

The space saving design makes it easy to store and convenient to use at home or when traveling, encouraging more shared bath time moments. The optional Stokke® Flexi Bath® Newborn Support provides additional comfort for newborn babies.

Because Stokke are always striving to improve our products, we're offering a heat sensitive drain plug.The plug works by turning colours, when the water gets warm giving parents a visual cue, letting them know that the water temperature is getting needs to be checked. Please note that the plug is not a thermometer. Always double-check the water temperature with your hand to ensure that it is the right temperature for your baby's comfort and safety. If you are in any doubt, use a reliable thermometer for accuracy.

    Are the plastics used in the Stokke® Flexi Bath™ safe for use with my baby?

    All materials used in the Stokke® Flexi Bath™ and Stokke® Stokke® Flexi Bath™ Newborn Support are extremely durable and free from heavy metals, phthalates, formaldehyde, BPA, and other harmful substances.

    How to take care of the Flexi Bath®?

    Please wash them after each use with a clean cloth and water to remove any remaining soap, foam residue or bath oil. Then simply towel dry.

    Optionally, they are also dishwasher safe. Let them dry separately and stack them for easy storage. We recommend using only water, children’s soap and shampoo in the tub.

    Can I use the Newborn support in all Flexi baths?

    Yes, the Newborn support can be used in both the Flexi bath or the Flexi bath XL.

    Can I use the Flexi Stand for all Flexi baths?

    No, the Flexi Stand was only designed to carry the Flexi Bath. You cannot put the Flexi Bath XL on the stand.
